Doaa earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Jordan and started her career working in pharmacies in Jordan. After moving to Qatar, she joined the Leadership Journey program at Teach For Qatar and worked as a science teacher at Preparatory Schools for three years. During this time, she focused on making science fun and engaging for her students, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking.
After her teaching experience, Doaa joined Teach For Qatar’s Training and Support team as a Senior Training Specialist, where she supported Fellows in building their teaching and leadership skills. She now works as the Senior Specialist for the Diwan Al Taaleem platform, where she focuses on improving the platform’s content and making it more interactive and useful for teachers across the Arab world.
