Professional experiences:
Worked in independent schools in Qatar for nearly ten years. I started as a science teacher and then as a science department coordinator and professional development trainer
Joined Teach For Qatar in 2014 as a Program Manager, later became a Senior Program Manager, and now serve as the Head of Training and Support Department.

The current role:

Planning and executing training summer institutes and professional development days.
Providing training sessions, and customized individual or group support sessions.
Preparing and reviewing the training programs provided to the Fellows.
Managing and supervising the Training and Support team and providing them with the required professional development and support.
Supervising Teach For Qatar Fellows and providing the required support.
Preparing and Filming training, leadership, and academic videos.
Preparing and auditing T&S resources and data.
Train trainers, professional mentors, and fellows' selectors.
