Neima earned her bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Qatar University in 2012. She began her career working in high school chemistry laboratories, and later joined the Leadership Journey at Teach For Qatar in 2016, becoming a mathematics teacher at Al-Aqsa Preparatory School for Girls. Over her three years there, she dedicated herself to instilling a love for mathematics in her students, connecting their learning to real-life contexts, and nurturing their skills and talents both inside and outside the classroom through various academic and extracurricular activities.
In 2019, Neima rejoined Teach For Qatar, where she currently works as a Senior Training Specialist with the Training and Support team. In this role, she contributes to the development of educational, personal, and leadership skills of the organization’s participants—especially those specializing in mathematics.
