Fatimazahra holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Hassan I University in Morocco (2013), She also obtained an Engineering Diploma in Industrial Mechanics from the Moroccan School of Engineering Sciences (2015). She began her professional journey in industrial engineering before transitioning into education through the Leadership Journey at Teach For Qatar in 2022.
She later served as a Mathematics teacher at Mesaieed Primary, Preparatory, and Secondary School for Girls, where she focused on making mathematics meaningful and engaging for her students. Her teaching approach emphasized real-world connections, active learning, and creating opportunities for students to explore and grow through both classroom instruction and extracurricular experiences.
In early 2026, she joined the Training and Support Team at Teach For Qatar as a Training Coordinator. In her current role, she supports the growth of fellows by designing and delivering learning experiences that strengthen their instructional practices, while also nurturing their personal and leadership development—particularly within mathematics education.
